How To Remove Sun Tan From Body Using Home Remedies

We like summers until we need to step out of our house into the harsh sun exposure. Sunscreens with a good amount of SPF can surely protect our skin from harmful UV rays at some extent, but if your body is constantly exposed to hard sunlight for longer time period, then sunscreens also couldn't help and you will get tanned.


We are listing some great home remedies by which you can easily remove sun tan from your body. Home remedies cannot give you results overnight, but they are effective, easy and chemical free so, make sure that you use them regularly for some days until you get the desired results.

How to Remove Sun Tan From Body


1. Potato, Rice Flour, Honey and Lemon Juice


Preparation

  • Extract the juice from a finely grated potato

  • Add 3-4 tbsp of Rice Flour into it

  • Add 2 tbsp of Honey

  • Add 1 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice to it

  • Mix well all the ingredients and make a thick paste

Application


Apply a thick layer of this paste over your arms, legs and face. Leave it on for 30-40 minutes. When it dries out a little, wet the area with some water and massage very gently. Wash it off afterwards. Repeat the process twice a week for quick results.


2. Papaya, Orange Peel Powder and Curd


Preparation

  • Take 5-6 slices of papaya pulp along with seeds into a juicer blender

  • Take slices of one whole orange with its peel

  • Add 5-6 tbsp of curd into it

  • Blend well all the ingredients using the blender to make a thick consistent paste

Application


Apply it over the areas where you have sun tan and leave it on for approximately 40 minutes. Wash it off with normal water. Use this fruit mask in every 3-4 days.


3. Tomato and Baking Soda


Preparation

  • Take 2 tbsp of Baking Soda

  • Add 4-5 tbsp of Tomato Juice and pulp into it

  • Add 1 tbsp of Rose Water to it and Mix well

Application


Apply it over your arms and legs and leave it for 15-20 minutes. In case, you wanted to apply it over your face then add 1 tbsp of Honey or Aloe Vera gel into it. Wash off once it dries out. Use it once in a week.


4. Gram Flour, Wild Turmeric, Coffee, Lemon Juice and Raw Milk


Preparation

  • Take 4 tbsp of Gram Flour

  • Add a pinch of Wild Turmeric Powder (Kasturi Manjal)

  • Add 1 teaspoon of Coffee powder

  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice

  • Finally, add 2-3 tbsp of Raw Milk to it

  • Mix well all the ingredients

Application


Apply this paste for about 30-40 minutes on areas having sun tan and let it dry. Gently wet the area when it dries out and scrub with it. Wash off with normal water. Repeat the process twice in a week.


5. Sea Salt and Lemon Juice


Preparation

  • Take a pinch of Sea Salt in a bowl

  • Add 1-2 tbsp of lemon juice to it

  • Incase, you have very sensitive skin then add 1 teaspoon of Honey to it

  • Mix well all the ingredients

Application


Scrub the mixture very gently over your face and body for 2-3 minutes and then leave it on for 15 minutes. Wash it off using normal water. Use it in every alternate days.


6. Sandalwood Powder, Apple Cider Vinegar and Aloe Vera


Preparation

  • Take 1-2 tbsp of Sandalwood Powder

  • Add 1 teaspoon of Raw and Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Add 2 tbsp of Aloe Vera Gel (Extract the fresh gel from Aloe Vera leaf for better results)

  • Mix all the ingredients and make a smooth paste

Application


Apply it over your face for 15-20 minutes and wash off with normal water. Moisturize your skin very well after using it. Use it everyday for quick results.


7. Mulethi Powder and Lemon Juice


Preparation

  • Take 3-4 tbsp of Mulethi Powder (Liquorice Powder)

  • Add juice of freshly squeezed lemon into it and Mix well

Application


Apply a thick paste of it over your face and leave it on for half hour. Wet the area a little bit when it dries off and massage with it in circular motion. Wash off with normal water. Use it twice a week.
