Innisfree Green Tea Foam Cleanser Review

I am really impressed with Korean skincare products and loved their moisturizers and chemical exfoliant ranges. This time, I was looking for some cleansers from Korean brands and came across Innisfree Green Tea Foam Cleanser.

I have been using Sebamed cleansing foam from a long time and quiet impressed with that. Sebamed cleanser is one of my favorite cleanser from such a long time. I wanted to go for another brand's foam based cleanser now.

Foam cleansers in summers are extremely gentle to skin and feels lightweight and perfect for cleansing.

About the Product

Innisfree foam cleanser is gentle and refreshing cleanser which is enriched with Jeju green tea extracts and plenty of various amino acids that helps to remove dirt and makeup efficiently.

This facewash leathers really well in a smooth, thick and milky foam and thus, a tiny pea sized amount is sufficient for one time wash.

It has a pH level of 5.5 so, it wouldn't harm our skin barrier. Though it is suitable for All skin types, but in case you have dry or combination skin then I would not recommend you to go for it. It may end up drying your skin more and you will feel that your skin stretches or peels.

However, for oily, normal and acne prone skin this would be a great choice.

Packaging, Texture and Fragrance

It comes in a classic flip-flop tube packaging with an outer cardboard container. Flip-flop tubes are easy to use and extremely travel friendly. Its texture is more like a thick foam which is smooth and has less bubbles.

Coming to the fragrance, It has really mild green tea kind of fragrance which feels refreshing and doesn't irritates our nose.

My Experience

I am not a big fan of double cleansing method as I am a lazy panda person 🐼. Also, it doesn't make any sense to me to double cleanse if I am not going out or have no makeup on my face.

With that, I must admit that I only use single facewash in my daily skincare routine to cleanse my face. This facewash helps me to skip double cleansing steps into just one step.

Innisfree Green Tea Foam Cleanser

It gets rid of all the oil from my face in one go and doesn't leave any residue behind. I have a combination to oily skin and for me, it doesn't make my skin super dry. A moisturizer and a sunscreen is all that I have to use after it.

Price

It retails for 700 Rs.

Seeing the price, I am broken now but then you must be wondering, why I gave 3 ratings under the price section of the product.

Here's the reason, this tube is of 150gm and only a pea sized product is needed to create a thick leather. If I will use it twice a day then also, it is going to lasts long which doesn't seems bad to me.
